La Grande Traversée (The Great Crossing)

The exhibition features works from the Musée Pyrénéen, the Frac Nouvelle-Aquitaine MÉCA and Les Abattoirs, Musée - Frac Occitanie Toulouse. La Grande Traversée focuses on various representations of the mountains, both real and idealised. Games of perspective, illusions and trompe-l'œil all contribute to the construction of these images, nurturing unique imaginations linked to the Pyrenean mountain range.
