Cransac, the story goes on
A dialogue between contemporary art and heritage
The exhibition continues the work begun by artist Joëlle Tuerlinckx on Cransac's industrial history. Created in 2011-2013, ‘La Triangulaire de Cransac “ MUSÉE DE LA MÉMOIRE-PROPRIÉTÉ UNIVERSELLE” ®’, the work produced as part of the New Sponsors protocol and the public commission from the Ministry of Culture at the request of the town of Cransac, is now an exceptional local heritage site.
In ‘Cransac, l'histoire continue!’, contemporary artworks selected from the collections of the Abattoirs, Musée - Frac Occitanie Toulouse offer both a new perspective on the historic showcase and a new artistic adventure, with the artists: Gaël Bonnefon, Guillaume Bresson, Nicolas Darrot, Cyprien Gaillard, Benoît Gehanne, Yohann Gozard, Hipkiss, Bernard Pagès and Marie-Claire Piekolek.
